To take promising youth riders, with raw talent, and give them the opportunity to develop into competent and confident riders at the highest level.

To raise the profile of Women’s bike racing, in the male-dominated world of MTB, and to compete with the nation’s best riders.

Achieve podium finishes in National Series and National Championships. Since 2019 the team has won:

  • 1 National Championship
  • 2 National Series Champions
  • 28 podium places

Develop MTB XC series and championship winning potential.

Compete at continental level, including the European Youth Mountain Bike Championships, Junior World Cup, French Cup and Three Nations Cup.

Women's cycling

The history of this team dates back to 2004.

Trevor Brown has led and inspired the team to numerous medals and international success.

Mountain Bike XC

MTBXC is our first love. This is where we focus most of our attention and encourage our riders to develop.

Mountain bike is where it started for WXC. You'll find us at the National Series, Mud,Sweat and Gears and your nearest rock garden.

Cyclocross

When summer is over we head for the mud and fun of cyclocross. You'll find us at National Trophy, Eastern 'Cross Leage and London & SE CX League, sliding through the corners.

On the road

Many of our riders also compete on the road for their club or race teams. It's important that young riders have experience and access to other forms of cycle racing. It improves fitness, skill and awareness of their own abilities.
